Project Background:
Aimex Service Group won the fixed-price tendered contract to gut and refit the entire crew accommodation, captain’s cabin and refurbish the navigator’s cabin and bridge on the Cape Breton tuna vessel.

Project Scope:

• Aimex Service Group worked closely with the overseas client’s representative throughout
• Managed entire fit-out including sourcing and buying everything from mattresses and births to wardrobes, mirrors, lighting and wiring
• Organised any sub-contractors required for plumbing, lighting etc
• Innovative use of durable floor planks to clad interior walls achieved a high quality finish and allows easy repairs of individual portions if necessary. This solution was also extremely cost effective

Project Outcome:
The whole project was delivered on time and to budget. The client was extremely satisfied with the finished look and quality.
